Information in your inquiry
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected service (if any), and project description. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential technical documents.
How the form works
Your request is sent to our website backend and delivered by email using Microsoft 365. Website hosting and email providers process information as part of operating these services. Contact forms are not a suitable channel for sending secrets.
Spam protection
The contact form uses self-hosted ALTCHA verification. Your browser completes a short computational check, which our server validates before sending your inquiry. Verification challenges expire after ten minutes and can be used once. Temporary, hashed IP identifiers and request counts are held in server memory to limit abuse; they expire within one hour. This verification does not use advertising cookies or send form details to a third-party CAPTCHA service.
Technical information
When you visit the site, hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address and requested pages. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network requests needed to deliver them.
Google advertising tag
This website loads the Google tag for Google Ads to measure advertising visits and support advertising features. Google may process page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, and cookies. Information may be processed outside Canada. Interactive demonstrations
The inquiry automation and project portal demos process sample inputs in your browser. Their records exist only in the current page and are cleared by the demo reset controls or a reload. The demo features do not send replies, create accounts, or connect their sample records to external systems. These pages also load the Google advertising tag described above; the tag installation does not attach demo inputs or contact-form contents to its configuration. A demo export is saved only to your device when you choose to download it. Use sample information in these demonstrations.
